THE FIRE UP STORY

Fire Up was born as a family dream.

A dream that began with Romi and Leo, when they left Argentina to come to the United States with the hope of creating something different: a place where training would be intense, powerful, and transformative, yet within an impeccable, well-kept environment, with its own signature scent, music that moves you, and an energy that embraces you the moment you walk in.

Over time, that dream grew… and so did the community.

Fire Up is more than a studio: it is our story, our identity, and a community we feel is family. Every person who trains with us becomes part of this dream that we continue to build day by day, with heart and a tremendous amount of hard work.

I've been taking the HIIT classes for a long time, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are intense but super rewarding, and the trainers do an amazing job of guiding you through each movement, ensuring proper form while pushing you to your limits. Each class is different and challenging, and I’ve definitely seen improvements in my strength and endurance.

I consider myself a fit person, I decided to add Fire up to my routine to spice it up and bc it’s close to my apt. Let me tell you, Fire up is no joke! The weight training portion is usually unique and with enough weight you can really push yourself. The HIIT portion is fast-paced and exhausting but in the best way possible. I always feel like I worked out hardcore at the end of every class. I totally recommend Fire up!
